'Bill-anthropy,' Busted
The WHO, as well as the What, Where, When, Why and How of pandemic profiteering are revealed in two blockbuster stories by Sayer Ji.
“Philanthropy” breaks down into two ancient Greek roots: philein (to love) and anthropos (humankind), literally meaning “love of humanity.”
“Bill-anthropy” breaks down like this: bill (to charge, as in payment demanded of) anthropos (humankind), literally meaning “bilk humanity” in perpetuity.
Which is to say the act of giving is a whole lot different in theory than in practice.
Am I burying the lead in neglecting to mention that, in the case being discussed today, that “Bill-anthropy” practice of pandemic “giving” and “taking” at the scale experienced in the Covid-19 era appears to have been designed by and moved forward through the globally connected network of one Jeffrey Epstein?
A solid question you might ask on that is: Why.

There’s a lot of WHO (let’s make it a generic category — world health organizations) as well as the What, When, Where and How to get to first.
In two blockbuster stories, Sayer Ji lays it all out with newly discovered receipts from the tranche of Epstein documentation just downloaded onto the world by the U.S. Justice Department. These aren’t the sordid stories that may-or-may-not-be fakes from sources that may-or-may-not-be schizophrenics living in their mother’s basement alarming and distracting everyone on the socials. And yes, I also realize a lot of the sordid detail is horrifying and real. But what’s also horrifying and real are the non-sordid details, which are what Ji meticulously works his way through in this investigation. He looks through those boring emails — all of those unpunctuated TL;DR paragraphs from JE’s outbox that — explained in full — pretty much map the entire organizational structure (a.k.a. recipe) for perpetual pandemic profiteering, soup to nuts.
Speaking of nuts: Who is Sayer Ji? Not a nut, but kicked off TikTok for promoting the health benefits of them. His channel was deleted from the app for “discussing a published randomized controlled trial showing that almonds can rival a diabetes drug.” This wasn’t a first. He was targeted in 2021 by the debunked “Disinformation Dozen” report for cancellation during that period of time when many were “noticing” that breathing air might be more healthy than staying locked indoors to “prevent the spread.” He lost 2 million fans. He was previously impacted by the Great Digital Book Burning of 2018, when natural medicine / real food promoters were in great numbers wiped from the Internet in a single algorithmic update … for our health and safety.
He may have axes to grind — but this series of writing is dispassionate and evidence-based. (And if you read his writing on real food and health, you may just come to the same conclusion on that.) I think it would be more accurate to say he’s been following the story of Covid … closely.
Part One, posted on Monday, February 2nd, opens with the headline: “BREAKING: The Epstein Files Illuminate a 20-Year Architecture Behind Pandemics as a Business Model—With Bill Gates at the Center of the Network.” In it, Ji explains how, over 20 years, philanthropy and “global health governance” built the foundation for this permanent pandemic structure, whose construction was accelerated by financialization, reinsurance, and “catastrophe logic,” which was operationalized by simulations, donor advised funds and preparedness infrastructure. As Ji explains at the top of the first story, it was, strangely enough, connected in the emails of one particular convicted sex offender with a lot of powerful friends.
The latest DOJ batch of Epstein files reveal that by the time the world encountered COVID-19, the financial, philanthropic, and institutional machinery to manage—and profit from—a pandemic was already firmly in place.
When crazy things just “happen,” we all know it’s important to look at who is set to profit. Not that profit is a bad thing. But rigging? That’s another story. Says Ji:
“Nobody builds a fire station after the fire. That would be reactive. What the documents below reveal is something different—something closer to a fire station built beside a factory that stores accelerants, owned by the same people who wrote the building code.”
“…Preparedness is a public good. Pre-alignment of profit, power, and narrative control around a predicted crisis category is not—and the documents that follow show how easily such alignment drifts from public service into systemic exploitation.”
“Drifts” is a kind word for what went down. There’s so much more. Emails from JPMorgan more or less asking Epstein exactly how this whole operation of funds-collecting-for-Bill Gates’-pet-projects was supposed to go down. (Ji: “JPMorgan wasn’t offering Epstein a seat at the table. They were asking him to design the table.”) As well as messages from Epstein to the finance friendlies about Gates and Foundation sensitivities, about which Epstein seemed somewhat too informed. (Hint: The answer in these emails always seems to be “Vaccines!”)
“Bill is terribly frustrated.” It was always, seemingly, more money for vaccines.
As Ji reminds us, their asks were specific. “Not ‘more research.’ Not ‘emergency capacity.’ Not ‘public health resilience.’ Money. For vaccines. That is the language of capital formation, not charity.”
Indeed another email states the case plainly.
“The tension is making money from a Charitable Org…. the money making part needs to be arms length.”
Yes, he was obsessed. I started getting the big picture on Bill Gates in 2019, before Covid, in a documentary by Davis Guggenheim, the maker of Al Gore agitprop An Inconvenient Truth — the documentary that in 2016 predicted Manhattan submerged by melted glaciers in the “near future!” Guggenheim’s Inside Bill’s Brain: Decoding Bill Gates has aged almost as well. “‘Multiprocessor’ Bill “makes a framework in his mind — and then starts slotting in information.”
“If something doesn’t line up, he gets really frustrated. It’s scary.”
Scary indeed. Like in the episode where Bill tries to vaccinate every single Nigerian child for polio and is quite frustrated that his hundreds of millions aren’t able to overcome local “resistance.”
Well, he found a way to overcome the “resistance.”
Sayer Ji’s Part 2, “Inside Project Molecule — How JPMorgan and the Gates Foundation Turned Biology into Investable Infrastructure,” bears down on the perhaps scarier part that we all just experienced: How this whole non-governmental charity-NGO-finance triad is more than ready to take over sovereignty — not just of your country (any country) but your body — with their own bespoke surveillance structures and biological parameters.
Of the Project’s Investment Committee, Ji writes:
“These are not advisors to a charity. They are people who, in their day jobs, already governed — nations, alliances, corporations, multilateral institutions. Project Molecule proposed to give them a second jurisdiction: biology. And unlike their official roles, this one would have no term limits, no parliamentary oversight, no electorate, and no freedom-of-information obligations.
The entity they would govern was designed to be perpetual — with built-in succession mechanisms, no mandatory payout requirements (unlike private foundations), and the ability to operate in any jurisdiction through country-specific subsidiary entities.
This is what a government looks like when it is not called a government.”
Line item in the Project’s Slide Deck Budget: “Finance the surveillance network in Pakistan.”
Not “support public health monitoring.” Not “contribute to WHO disease tracking.” Finance the surveillance network. As in: build it, fund it, own it. A surveillance network in a sovereign nation, financed by a private charitable entity governed by unelected committees in a tax-neutral offshore jurisdiction.
This is in a place where, Ji writes, vaccination campaigns required military and police escorts due to local resistance “— resistance that intensified after the CIA’s use of a fake hepatitis B vaccination campaign to gather intelligence in Abbottabad prior to the bin Laden raid in 2011.”
The year 2011 was the same year Project Molecule was drafted, he reminds us.
Sayer Ji’s Part 2 has elements that suggest the need for a Part 3: The Epstein Files. But anyone reading will understand what really is the conclusion.
Jeffrey Epstein was not a stenographer. He wasn’t just a connector on this issue. He was an architect. The emails Sayer Ji collects show he came up with the design — or at least was the one who communicated it — of a global control grid based on biological threat that was (is?) Project Molecule. The unpunctuated, ungrammatical outlines from his emails appear on the slide deck in proper language and sensible fonts. But this latest tranche shows the connection clear as day. Writes Ji:
“That is not a man on the periphery. That is the carpenter. And Project Molecule is the table — polished, presented to the client, stripped of his fingerprints. The building code has been written to accommodate the structure exactly as designed.”
What a structure it was. Jeffrey Epstein died — however it is you think that went down — on August 10, 2019, a few short months before he could see the fruit of all his labor take shape in a global catastrophe that minted many new billionaires and even more new enemies of this unelected network.
So yes, please take a moment and enjoy your white pill. Perhaps because of Epstein’s over-reach, his hubris, his maximalization of every greedy impulse, a true populist backlash was born. The U.S. did leave the World Health Organization and is beginning to untangle from the grip of wayward Bill-anthropy. (California, as expected, is hanging on to every last vestige of global control…)
I do hope the Bill-anthropy will be among the topics discussed as Mr. Gates goes before Congress, courtesy Representative Nancy Mace and friends.
Of course, it was the salacious side of the Gates-Epstein Affair that was drawing the eyes — and even NPR got on board this week. They’d love to distract us with heartbreak instead of “world-break.” But yes, asked about the “Elephant in the Room,” Melinda Gates put it succinctly, as a person who left her marriage and left her foundation with Bill: “I think we’re having a reckoning as a society…. So whatever questions remain there, they need to answer to those things.”

It's funny, sad, and alarming to see the conspiracy theorists vindicated again. What’s next, the Lizard People?
